Manufacturing Process of Polyethylene Nonwoven Fabric

The manufacturing process of polyethylene nonwoven fabric is relatively complex, but each step is crucial. First, the polyethylene raw material is heated to a molten state. The molten polyethylene is then sprayed into filaments through a spinneret. These filaments are stretched and cooled in mid-air to form fibers.
